1. How much time is required to visit the park ?
To fully enjoy all the activities, the Park requires a full day.
2. Can we bring food and drinks with us for the day ?
Food and drinks are not allowed in the park and it is strictly forbidden to feed the animals. The park has numerous food and beverage outlets which cater for all tastes at affordable prices. A bottle of water is allowed.
3. Can we book time for the slide?
Unfortunately not, all activities included in the cost of the entrance ticket are available to all park visitors on a first-come first-served basis.
4. Are there baby changing facilities?
Yes, at the entrance in the Discovery Centre. Please ask our Front Desk for more information once you arrive.
5. Is the park pushchair/wheelchair friendly?
Only in certain areas. Due to the natural terrain of Casela World of Adventures, it is difficult to eliminate stairs and such. However our staff is on hand to help our guests.
6. Can we ride a bicycle around the park ?
It is not permitted to bring any vehicle inside the park. All vehicles need to remain on the parking lot of Casela. Roller skates, skateboards and bicycles are not allowed inside the park. It is advisable to make use of the footpaths within the park and adopt a respectful behavior towards other visitors and staff .
7. Can we touch the animals or take close-up photos with them ?
A visitor is not allowed to touch or interfere with any animal or vegetation; remove or disturb any rock, stone, sand or similar substance; feed any animal (unless otherwise specified); throw any object; climb on, damage or deface any structure or sign; light any fire; or litter. You are asked to respect the animals and not harass them. No shouting please.
8. Can we play football or music inside the park ?
A visitor is not permitted to use any audio equipment or musical instrument at a volume likely to disturb any animal; or behave in a manner that is likely to cause offence or disruption to other visitors. No ball games are allowed in the park.
9. What should visitors wear?
Good comfortable shoes and light clothes are recommended. It is advisable to keep yourself hydrated due to the heat.
10. Is Casela World of Adventures open today?
Casela is open 7/7 even on national holidays from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. The park is exceptionally closed on 25th December and 1st January.

12. Do you provide taxi services to pick me from my hotel?
We do not currently provide taxi but you can easily find one nearby your staying location that will drive you to Casela.
13. How can I pay for admission, food, and souvenirs?
Casela World of Adventures accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Union Pay cards at any ticket entrance and most permanent food locations.
Admission tickets, Annual Passes are also available to purchase online. Once inside the park, there is Food outlets and Gift Shop right inside the Main Entrance and throughout the park.
14. Are there height requirements for any of the rides at Casela?
Yes. Some of our attractions have a height and weight requirements. Click “learn more” on each activity to know about restrictions.
15. Is Casela World of Adventures infant or toddler friendly?
Yes, We offer a variety of stimulating activities for young children such as the Kids Playground Visit of the bird’s Aviary the petting farm with plenty of interactions available.
16. Do you allow smoking or alcoholic beverages?
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the park. We do serve alcoholic beverages at The Main Restaurant. Casela World of Adventures is a non-smoking facility; however we have designated smoking area around the park.
17. Who should Lost Parents report to?
Should you become separated from your party, make arrangements to meet at The Info Desk, located at the park Main Entrance. If you need assistance finding your child, please contact any Casela World of Adventures Team Member.
18. What about my valuables?
Lockers space are available at Casela World of Adventures. Lockers are on self-service and can be purchased at the main entrance, Mountain Kingdom and Safari Kingdom. These lockers are offered in one size and rental prices. Please secure all valuables. Casela World of Adventures is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
19. What is your chaperone policy?
We strongly recommend that minors under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.
Our bookings office is open from Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 7 pm)
and on weekends & public holidays (8:30 am– 5 pm).
Please note that the Park is closed on the 25th of December and the 1st of January.
